>>catherine: dan kerman has been at the scene where five people were found dead. >>dan: this is the house where the bodies were discovered. custody because they believe everyone involved in the incident was in the home. neighbors are telling us they heard an altercation around midnight. >> in all, there were five bodies. police say a family member came into the home the morning and discovered the bodies scattered throughout the house. >> there are two victims of the garage and a real victim in the threshold of the door. >> all of the victims are adults and at least four are related.

it is now mostly cloudy to the bay area's with increased clouds. a wider view picture shows the storms added well offshore. it looks like it is going to stall over the bay area. we have areas of moderate rain throughout santa rosa in at petaluma. in the south bay, san jose, stepping through to the afternoon, widespread it read. areas of moderate rain into the coastline. heavier rain concentrated over the entire bay area. by the the clock tower the rain doesn't look like it will intensify it to the evening and finally start to break up a little bit in the north bay, by 2:00 a.m., cloudy conditions but

starting to taper off in the north bay. as for snow in the sierra, temperatures will be quite warm out there this weekend. snowfall levels will be pretty high. it does not look like we will see much at lake level. a look at your extended forecast, rain all day tomorrow lingering into early sunday morning. we will still see the possibility of rain on sunday its. a few wraparound showers assist you with this system. into next week we will still seek rain tuesday to wednesday.
